the majority of this wallpaper was actually created about 6 months ago in my older style, i never finished it so i dug it up last week and tried to see what i could do with it now since my style is changing up quite a bit lately.

i think it came out really good. i have a new obsession with the color red.

this wallpaper was originally going to be my 'print-only' piece but have since decided against that and to just release it like normal. although i do plan on doing a few print-only pieces while still releasing walls like normal. i couldnt decided which to do so i am doing them both =)

tools used in this image: my old sony cybershot dsc-s30 camera for the photography at the top (my girlfriend, ryane) and photoshop.

good vertical style.. it's very personal.. like the much of detail in just that little space and the red flood is agressively good too ;)

Yes, the red half is definatly too aggressive.
This somehow reminds me to this huge alien beam in Independence day. :lol: I love your icecold razorsharp style, man.
I always roar "YEAH" when you release something new. :lol:

the lower red is too strong... try lowering the saturation or\and the lightness. nice work anyway :)

i love the top, dark, half however the blood riddled lower half seems to lose its appeal because of the color.

very good except by the red ...
i think a darker tone of red make it better .. so ... i cant say red not is one of my favorites .. ;)

You always seem to achieve a fasinating level of complexity with your creations. What do you use to make all the 2D in your works? Photoshop? I ask only because I have been trying(trying would be the key word) to use 2D in my creations.....
